Karl-Heinz Schwindt

I am an expert in corporate law, combining extensive knowledge, many years of experience, and "craftsmanship" which I know how to apply. Advising on corporate law is one of my recognized core competencies. I am experienced in resolving difficult issues and managing complex projects.

I advise companies of all sizes and legal forms, their bodies, and shareholders — medium-sized companies, family businesses, and partnerships as well as large corporations and conglomerates.

My advisory spectrum is comprehensive. It covers all phases of the company — from formation through questions and measures of ongoing corporate management to restructuring and liability issues.

I assist with the preparation and conduct of shareholder and general meetings, changes in management, and among shareholders. I support the design and implementation of capital measures as well as structural measures under corporate and transformation laws and assist with conflicts among shareholders.
