Karl-Heinz Schwindt
Attorney Head of Corporate & Compliance Arbitrator (DIS, ICC)
I am an expert in corporate law and compliance, combining comprehensive knowledge, many years of experience, and "craftsmanship" and understanding how to apply it. Consulting in corporate law is among my recognized core competencies. I am experienced in solving difficult issues and managing complex projects.
I advise companies of all sizes and legal forms, their bodies and shareholders — medium-sized family businesses and partnerships as well as large corporations and conglomerates.
My consulting spectrum is comprehensive. It covers all phases of a company — from formation to questions and measures of ongoing corporate management to restructuring and liability issues.
I advise you in the preparation and execution of shareholder and general meetings, changes in management, and among the group of shareholders. I assist in the design and execution of capital measures as well as corporate and restructuring legal structural measures, and support you in conflicts within the shareholder circle.
